The new farmhouse "Podere
Adorni" is situated on the quite country road to
Collemezzano only few hundreds meters from bars, restaurants
and pizzerias.
The main building is developed
on two levels and consists of 6 renovated
apartments (CLM 140/141), each of them provided with furnished
private gardens.
Right next to the main building you can find the outbuilding
with 3 two-room apartments all provided with furnished
private gardens.
The old hunting house (CLM142) lies only 150 meters
from the outbuilding. The hunting house has been completely
renewed and divided in 2 three-room apartments,
both furnished in original style. The two apartments are without
balcony and guests can use the wide park with garden tables
and chairs.
Podere Adorni is provided with a 12x9 m outdoor swimming-pool,
accessible from middle of May till end of September.
